For shipping damage - Mark package "Damaged" and contact us at
contact@collectorsdisplay.com within 5 days of reciept to exchange merchandise.
Canceled Orders
Once an order is placed and the item has been charged there is a fee for canceling your order.
This amount is $25 Credit Card
Fee for each credit card order that was placed.
If the unit has already been shipped, there will be no cancelation of the order.

Damaged Goods
If product is damaged in shipment, refuse the goods and mark "damaged" on the package. If package is dropped off and you
receive it after the carrier has left, or you find concealed damage once your package is opened, e-mail us at
contact@collectorsdisplay.com to discuss how to return goods.
Contact CollectorsDisplay.com with damage claims within 5
days of receipt of shipment. Retain all packing materials.
Once the damaged goods are received, new goods will be sent out to
you again at the cost of the carrier.
Please allow 1 to 4 weeks once the goods have been received for the replacement to be
sent out.
General Returns
Our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped, and we are very proud of the quality products we offer.
If you
receive goods and you are not happy with the quality of the product, contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods at
contact@collectorsdisplay.com .
The goods may be exchanged. In your e-mail please explain your reason you are not happy
with the quality of the product, and give us any contact information we will need to resolve the issue with you.
Returns are
allowed at the sole discretion of CollectorsDisplay.com.
Oak and Acrylic Showcase Collectible Series
If you want to return any of our Oak or Acrylic Showcase Collectible Series goods for any reason beyond damage in shipping
or quality, there is a $25 Credit Card Fee for each credit card order that was placed and returned.
You must contact us and ship
the goods within 5 days of receiving the product.
After this time there is a 25% restocking fee plus a $25 Credit Card Fee for
each credit card order that was placed and returned.
After 15 days the goods are not returnable.
Shipping is handled and payed for by the customer and must be returned in the same package/packaging and by the same
carrier/carriers as it was delivered to the customer.
The customer claims responsibility for returns, including filing a claim with
the carrier if the goods are lost or damaged on return.
Returned units will be handled on a case by case basis.

Alloy Showcase Collectible Series
The Alloy Showcase Collectible Series are not returnable for any reason beyond damage in shipping or quality. See Damaged Goods and General Returns.
